摘要：

心型脂肪酸结合蛋白(H-FABP)是一种可溶性小分子蛋白, 具有较高的心肌特异性，当心肌细胞受损时可快速释放到血中。随着H-FABP测定方法的不断改进及临床研究的不断深入, H-FABP正逐渐成为诊断心肌损伤的重要生化标志物。

Abstract:

Heart-type fatty acid-binding protein (H-FABP) is one kind of soluble small proteins, with high cardiac specificity. It can be quickly released into the blood when myocardial cells are damaged. With the development of H-FABP determination methods and clinical research, H-FABP is becoming an important biochemical marker of myocardial injury .
