Abstract: Objective To observe Supreme laryngeal mask to prevent/reduce the effectiveness of general anesthesia patients postoperative restless. Methods Choose 180 cases Surgical patients of laparoscopic cholecystectomy, randomized double-blind divided into groups (L group, n = 90) and tube intubation group (T group, n = 90). The incidence and degree of postoperative restless were observed during the operation room and post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) (assessed by 0 to 3). Results The incidence of postoperative restless L group was 7.78%, T group, 18.89%, the difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.01); postoperative restless level of L group than in T group significantly reduced (P <0.01 ). Conclusion. General anesthesia patients of laparoscopic cholecystectomy use Supreme laryngeal mask, can effectively prevent/reduce the incidence and degree of postoperative restless.
