The incidences of cardiovascular events in non-cardiac surgery perioperative period have been rising for clinical consensus. Comprehensive understanding and evaluated possible causing risk factors of cardiovascular events in preoperative period, making its accurately predict and judgment before anesthesia and surgery to reducing the perioperative cardiovascular events have great significance and value. This article reviews were associated with new developing assessment of cardiovascular risks factors for patients undergoing non-cardiac surgery.
