摘要:

背景 自噬是降解自身细胞质蛋白或细胞器,使其进入囊泡,与溶酶体融合形成自噬溶酶体后降解,以此实现代谢需要或细胞器更新。神经病理性疼痛是躯体感觉系统的损伤或疾病所引起的疼痛,根据损伤或疾病发生的位置,主要被认为来源于周围和中枢神经系统。研究发现自噬在神经病理性疼痛中起重要作用。 目的 综述自噬在神经病理性疼痛方面的作用。 内容 自噬激活或抑制对神经病理性疼痛的影响,自噬介导神经病理性疼痛的机制及神经病理性疼痛对自噬的影响。 趋向 自噬与神经病理性疼痛的深入研究将为自噬在神经病理性疼痛治疗方面提供理论依据。

Abstract:

Background Autophagy is a degradative process that cells dispose of cytosolic proteins and organelles, then enter into vacuole, fuse with lysosomes and form autolysosomes for degradation. Neuropathic pain is a direct consequence of an injury or disease affecting the somatosensory system, which can be caused by injury or disease to peripheral or central nervous system. It plays an important role in neuropathic pain. Objective The role of autophagy in neuropathic pain was reviewed. Content The effects of activation or inhibition of autophagy on neuropathic pain, the mechanisms of autophagy mediated neuropathic pain and the effects of neuropathic pain on autophagy. Trend Autophagy may provide theoretical foundation for the treatment of neuropathic pain.
