摘要:

睡眠剥夺(SD)是指由外界或自身原因导致的睡眠缺乏状态。SD对人的身心健康产生深远的影响,人们也越发关注其对认知功能的影响,但其相关机制尚不明确,且缺乏安全、有效的治疗手段。食欲素(orexin)是由下丘脑产生的主要在中枢系统起作用的神经肽,近年来已发现其对调节摄食、睡眠周期、认知等多方面有广泛作用,文章对orexin在睡眠与学习记忆中的可能机制进行综述,为SD相关认知功能障碍的机制探索和临床治疗提供新的角度。

Abstract:

Sleep deprivation (SD) refers to the sleep deprivation caused by the outside world or its own reasons. SD has profound impacts on both physical and mental health. There is a growing concern about its impact on cognitive function, but its related mechanisms are still unclear and there is a lack of safe and effective treatment methods. Orexin is a neuropeptide produced by the hypothalamus and mainly plays a role in the central system. In recent years, it has been found to exert a wide range of effects on the regulation of food intake, sleep cycles, and cognition. This review explores the possible mechanisms of orexin in sleep and learning memory, providing a new perspective for the mechanism exploration and clinical treatment of SD‑related cognitive dysfunction.
