替普瑞酮对组织器官的保护作用

摘要：

替普瑞酮是一种临床抗溃疡药，也是热休克蛋白（heat shock proteins，HSPs）的诱导剂之一。多种伤害性应激因素，如缺血、缺氧、氧化、毒性等刺激时，替普瑞酮可增加各组织器官HSPs 的表达，保护组织器官的结构和功能。现就近年来关于替普瑞酮与组织器官保护作用的研究作如下综述。

Abstract:

Geranylgeranylacetone is a clinical anti-ulcer drug. As a inducer of heat shock proteins，it could enhance HSPs expression in various tissues and organs，protecting their struction and fuction after stress，such as ischemia，anoxia，oxidation, toxin and et al. This article will review the protective effect of geranylgeranylacetone on tissues and organs.
