摘要:

作为一种新型的结合Ca2+ 的转录抑制子, 下游调控元件拮抗性调节子(downstream regulatory element antagonist modulator,DREAM) /钾离子通道相互作用蛋白 3(Kv channel interacting protein3,KChIP3) /calsenilin 因其功能多样, 近年来受到关注。结合DREAM结构、 功能的近期研究结果, 现就疼痛信号调控中DREAM的Ca2+依赖性和非依赖性转录抑制机制作一综述。

Abstract:

Asa novel calcium-binding transcription repressor,also known as KChIP3/calsenilin,downstream regulatory element antagonist modulator (DREAM)attracts much attention in recent years. In light of the latest studies concerning the effective structure and pleiotropic function of DREAM,this review provides an introduction on both the Ca2+-sensitive and the Ca2+-independent transcription regulating movements of DREAM in pain signaling.
