此文综述了疼痛的定义、 疼痛神经关联、 意识障碍患者与疼痛相关的残留脑活性。着重讨论了植物状态及最低意识状态两类意识障碍患者的疼痛评估、处理及与此相关的伦理学问题。

Abstract:

Whether patients with consciousness disorder can feel pain is debated in clinic and legal ethics. This review outlines the definition and neural correlations of pain，pain evaluation and treatment in patents with consciousness disorder，especially focusing on vegetative state and minimal conscious state.
