摘要:

过氧化物酶激活受体(Peroxisome proliferators-activated receptors PPARs)超家族是核受体超家族的一员,其作用广泛,涉及脂质和脂蛋白代谢,葡萄糖代谢,细胞增殖分裂和凋亡。过氧化物酶激活受体有3种亚型α、β、γ,其中PPARα和PPARγ在缺血/再灌注损伤中起着重要的作用,现就其在肝脏的缺血/再灌注损伤中作用作一综述。

Abstract:

Peroxisome proliferators-activated receptors (PPARs) which has three subtypes of PPARα, PPARβ, PPARγ are nuclear receptors that function as regulators of lipid and lipoprotein metabolism and glucose homeostasis and influence cellular proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis. There are many studies indicate PPARs probably protect against important organs ischemia-reperfusion injury in recent years. The aim of the present review is to highlight recent advances in the hepatic ischemia/reperfusion injury.
