【摘要】目的 为使产妇更加安全、舒适地接受手术,减少并发症。方法 以2007年和2008年随机抽取在腰硬联合麻醉(combined spinal and epidural anesthesia，CSEA)下行剖宫产术的产妇200例为研究对象, 实施麻醉护理配合的产妇（100例）作为观察组,实施常规护理的产妇（100例）作为对照组,比较两组产妇的护理效果。结果 观察组产妇的手术时间缩短,术中出血、疼痛、新生儿窒息等明显低于对照组,患者满意度高于对照组( P < 0.05 )。结论 对剖宫产产妇术中实施麻醉护理增进产妇舒适度和满意度,减少副作用的发生,保证手术顺利进行。
【Abstract】Objective To enable mothers more safty and comfortable to surgry and reduce complications. Methods In 2007 and 2008 randomly selected in the combined spinal-anesthesia for cesarean section of the maternal study,divided into observed and compared groups,all 100 cases ,and the paturients with practicing anesthesia nursing are observed groups,the paturients with practicing routine nursing are compared groups. Results The operationtime course, bleeding volume, pain, neonateand asphyxia in observed groups are obviously lower than those in compared groups .the degree of satisfaction in observed groups is even higher . Conclusion Anesthesia nursing using for cesarean section can improve maternal comfort and satisfaction,and reduce adverse reactions and ensure smooth opeation.
