伤害性刺激对家兔定量药物脑电图α2频段的影响

摘要:

目的 观察伤害性刺激对家兔定量药物脑电图(quaxtuta tive pharnaco-EEG,QPEEG)α2频段的影响。方法 壮年家兔,雌雄不拘,随机分为擦拭组、钳夹组、切皮组,建立肌松兔模型后分别给予棉球擦拭、钳夹、切皮刺激。应用QPEEG,采用功率谱分析技术,观察刺激前后兔α2频段功率百分比的变化。结果 与刺激前相比,棉球擦拭组α2频段功率百分比无明显改变(P >0.05);钳夹组α2频段功率百分比在钳夹后的30~60s内升高(P<0.05);切皮组在切皮后30s~2min内,各脑区α2频段功率百分比均明显升高(P<0.05)。结论 伤害性刺激引起兔QPEEGα2频段功率百分比升高,提示α2频段功率百分比有可能成为反映镇痛程度的指标。

Abstract:

Objective To study the effects of nocuous stimulation onα2-band of QPEEG in rabbits. Methods Rabbits of both sexes were randomly divided into 3 groups(n=9): mopping group(group M); forceps holder group(group H); cutting group(group C). According to it ,different stimulation were given to the rabbits which had been injected muscle relaxant by vein . The EEG sample was obtained before and at some intervals following the stimulation given to . The EEG activity was processed with the power spectral analysis. Results The percentage ofα2-band power showed no significant changes in group M(P>0.05); the percentage ofα2-band power were increased(P<0.05) in group H within 30s~60s after received stimulation in all the areas; the percentage ofα2-band power in group C increased significantly in all areas of brain(P<0.05). The changes lasted for 2min. Conclusion After given nocuous stimulation, the percentage ofα2-band power increased, which showed that the percentage ofα2-band power would be an effective means of monitoring pain.
