摘要：

脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF ) 是神经营养因子之一,其在非神经系统的作用也越来越受到人们的重视。本文从基因多态性、血管新生、心肌细胞凋亡、炎症反应，就BDNF与急性心肌梗死( acute myocardial infarction,AMI)后心肌重塑的相关性作一综述。

Abstract:

Brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) is one of neurotrophic factors, and now people pay more and more attention to its role in non-nervous system . This paper has reviewed the relevance of BDNF and cardiac remodeling following acute myocardial infarction from genetic polymorphism、 angiogenesis、apoptotic cardiomyocytes and inflammatory response .
