摘要:

背景 亲环素是一类具有肽基脯氨酰顺反异构酶活性的蛋白质家族,研究表明亲环素在心肌缺血再灌注损伤过程中发挥着重要作用。目的 分析总结有关亲环素参与缺血再灌注损伤发生机制的文献资料。内容 简要描述了亲环素家族的分子结构及生物学功能,重点阐述了亲环素A在缺血再灌注炎症性损伤过程中的作用机制。 趋向 亲环素有可能成为防治心肌缺血再灌注损伤的一个新靶点,新型无免疫抑制作用的亲环素配体具有十分广阔的治疗前景。

Abstract:

Background Cyclophilins are a group of proteins that have peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase activity. Emerging evidences show that cyclophilins play an important role in the pathophysiological process of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury. Objective To review the current knowledge about the implications of cyclophilins in the mechanisms of ischemia reperfusion injury. Content we briefly describe the molecular structures and biological functions of cyclophilins,and emphatically represent the potential role of cyclophilin A in the process of ischemia reperfusion induced acute inflammation reaction. Tend No immunosuppressive agents targeting cyclophilins may have a therapeutic potential for myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury.
