雌激素预处理对氯胺酮心脏抑制的保护性研究

摘要:

目的 探讨心脏雌激素预处理后对氯胺酮心脏抑制是否具有保护作用。 方法 将21只蟾蜍采用随机数字表法随机分成3组(每组7只),分别将氯胺酮(0.015 mol/L)、雌激素(2.5×10-5mol/L)滴加一滴于离体蛙心的灌流液中,观察以上药物对蛙心收缩力的影响,并观察雌激素预处理后,再滴加氯胺酮后心肌收缩力的变化。 结果 氯胺酮可抑制心脏,降低心肌收缩力(3.1±1.0)g (P<0.05);雌激素可增强心肌收缩力(5.9±2.4)g (P<0.05);雌激素预处理后氯胺酮心脏抑制作用减弱(5.6±2.3)g(P<0.05)。 结论 雌激素预处理对氯胺酮心脏抑制具有保护性作用。

Abstract:

Objective To observe if estrogen preconditioning have the protective effect on myocardial depression by ketamine. Methods 21 toads were assighed into 3 groups randomly and a drop of ketamine(0.015 mol/L) and estrogen(2.5×10-5mol/L) were put into perfusate of the isolated frog heart to observe the effect of the drugs on the contraction force of frog heart , and to observe the change of the contraction force of frog heart after estrogen preconditioning. Results Ketamine can cause myocardial depression and reduce myocardial contraction(3.1±1.0)g (P<0.05), estrogen can strengthen myocardial contraction(5.9±2.4) g (P<0.05), the myocardial depression induced by ketamine was weakened by estrogen preconditioning(5.6±2.3)g (P<0.05). Conclusions Estrogen preconditioning show protective effect on myocardial depression induced by ketamine
