背景 酸敏感离子通道(acid sensing ion channels,ASICs)属于阿米洛利敏感的上皮钠通道/退变素(epithelial Na+ channels/degenerin,ENaC/DEG)超家族中的一员,该通道广泛分布在周围和中枢神经系统。最新研究表明Ca2+敏感的酸敏感离子通道1a(acid sensing ion channel 1a ,ASIC1a)的激活在酸中毒介导、谷氨酸受体非依赖的脑缺血性神经损伤中起重要作用。目的 综述ASICs在缺血性脑损伤中的作用。内容 现从ASICs的结构、分布、功能特点及其在缺血性脑损伤中的作用进行综述。趋向 ASICs可能为阐述缺血性脑损伤的潜在机制提供依据,并为其临床治疗提供方向和思路。

Abstract:

Background Acid-sensing ion channels(ASICs) belong to the amiloride-sensitive epithelial Na+ channels/degenerin (ENaC/DEG) superfamily. These channels are widely expressed in the peripheral and central nervous systems. Recent studies have demonstrated that the activation of ASIC1a is largely responsible for acidosis-mediated, glutamate independent ischemic neuronal injury. Objective To overview the effect of ASICs on ischemic brain injury. Content This review focuses on the structure, distribution and function of ASICs as well as its role in ischemic brain injury. Trend ASICs may help to explain the mechanism underlying ischemic brain injury, and may also provide the directions and ideas for clinical treatment of ischemic brain injury.
