Background: In recent years, with the rapid clinical development, drug use practices、 explore and summarize, magnesium sulfate in many fields is more widely applicated. Objective：This review aims to introduce the new clinical application and knowledge of magnesium sulfate, and provide the best reference for its clinical medication.
