摘要:

背景 随着肝脏外科手术尤其是肝脏移植手术的发展,以转录因子NF?蛳E2相关因子2(nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2, Nrf2)与抗氧化反应元件(antioxidant response element, ARE)抗氧化应激系统在肝脏损伤中的作用倍受关注。 目的 分析并总结Nrf2-ARE抗氧化系统在肝脏保护各方面的文献资料。 内容 简要介绍Nrf2,ARE的结构及其信号路径;综述了Nrf2基因缺失、Nrf2药物激活、Nrf2基因激活3类模型小鼠与野生小鼠肝脏对氧化应激的耐受性比较的结果。 趋向 Nrf2?蛳ARE信号路径在肝脏中有一定的保护作用,为临床提供了新的思路。

Abstract:

Background With the development of liver surgery, especially in the liver transplants, more attention was focus on the transcription factor NF-E2-related factor 2(nuclear factor elytroid 2-related factor 2, Nrf2) and antioxidant response element(ARE) anti-oxidative stress system effect on the liver injury. Objective Literatures about the Nrf2-ARE antioxidant system protection in the liver were analyzed and summarized. Content Nrf2, ARE structure and the signal path and comparisons of three kinds of model mice-Nrf2 gene deletion, Nrf2 drugs activation, Nrf2 gene activation-with wild-type mice on liver tolerance to oxidative stress were briefly reviewed. Trend Nrf2-ARE signaling pathway in the liver has a protective effec for clinical application.
