Abstract: The diagnostic criteria of transfusion-related acute lung injury(TRALI)consist of hypoxia and bilateral pulmonary edema during or within 6 h of a transfusion,moreover there is no evidence of left atrial hypertension and no preexisting acute lung injury before transfusion.We report a case a female patient, 36 years old, who had TRALI during the operation under general anesthesia. Finally, the patient was discharged after treatment.
