Background　The discussion on development， training and qualification of anesthesia nurses has recently become increasingly popular. Some hospitals have begun to use anesthesia nurses， but consensus on anesthesia nurses training， qualification and management have not been established.　Objective　This paper reviews the development and training status quo of anesthesia nurse， and set up the proper training model.　Content　This paper included the following parts: the summary of the status quo of development and training of nurse anesthesia; the importance of development and training in anesthesia nurse specialists in China; the training and evaluation mode of China.　Trend　Training and development anesthesia specialist nurses may standardize the management of anesthesia， improve service quality and promote the cooperative development of anesthesia and nursing.
