电针刺在急性肺损伤中的保护机制

【摘要】背景 急性肺损伤(acute lung injury,ALI)发病率和病死率较高,治疗棘手,是临床常见的急危重症。目的 阐述电针刺在ALI中的可能保护机制。内容 电针刺对ALI的保护机制可能涉及维持氧化/抗氧化系统平衡、促炎/抗炎反应平衡、神经内分泌系统平衡、血管舒缩功能平衡,及减轻缺血再灌注损伤等。趋向 ALI致病因素多样、发病机制复杂,电针刺可能通过调节机体内源性保护系统从不同环节介导肺功能的保护作用,且各环节之间相互联系。

Abstract:

【Abstract】 Background Acute lung injury is a common clinical devastating symptom ,which has been thought to be a tough problem in critical medicine for its high morbidity and mortality. Objective This review summarized the possible protective mechanisms of electro-acupuncture in acute lung injury. Content Some mechanisms seem to be involved in the protective process of ALI, including the balance between oxidation/anti-oxidation system, pro-inflammation/anti-inflammation system, neuroendocrine system, vasodilatation/vasoconstriction system, and so on. Trend The pathogenesis of ALI are complicated ,endogenous protective system could be mobilized by electro-acupuncture to protect lung functions, and there may exit associations or cross-talk among those protective mechanisms.
