七氟醚预处理对心肌保护作用机制的研究进展

摘要:

背景 七氟醚预处理可产生心肌保护作用,近期研究表明多种机制参与七氟醚预处理产生的心肌保护作用。 目的 分析总结七氟醚预处理参与心肌保护作用的文献资料。 内容 从线粒体ATP敏感性钾通道(ATP-sensitive potassium channel,KATP)、腺苷受体、蛋白激酶C(protein kinase C,PKC)、心肌细胞凋亡以及活性氧簇(reactive oxygen species,ROS)等方面阐述七氟醚预处理的心肌保护机制。 趋向 深入研究七氟醚预处理对心肌的保护作用及相关机制,可为围术期患者的心肌保护提供依据,并有望改善患者预后和生存率。

Abstract:

Background Sevoflurane preconditioning can protect myocardium from ischemia/ reperfusion injury. Recent studies has been indicated that several mechanisms were involved in the cardioprotection with sevoflurane preconditioning. Objective To review the cardioprotective mechanisms of sevoflurane preconditioning. Content This paper demonstrates the cardioprotective mechanisms of sevoflurane preconditioning from several aspects,such as the opening of mitochondria ATP-sensitive potassium channels (mitoKATP),the activation of adenosine receptor,activating protein kianse C(PKC),the apoptosis of myocardial cell and reactive oxygen species(ROS). Trend To study the cardioprotective mechanisms of sevoflurane preconditioning can offer an experimental basis for the cardioprotection for the patients during perioperation,thus to improve their clinical outcome and survival rate.
