【摘要】 背景 活性氧在缺血再灌注损伤中发挥重要作用。越来越多的研究表明氢通过选择性清除活性氧簇保护各种细胞、组织、器官免受氧化损伤。目的 分析总结氢对缺血再灌注损伤的治疗作用及其机制,为更好地认识氢并将其应用于临床奠定基础。内容 氢对缺血再灌注损伤的作用机制并不明确,本文就氢对各器官缺血再灌注损伤的治疗及机制做全面的阐述,并对氢作为一种治疗性气体在医学方面的应用前景做出展望。趋向 氢治疗具有广阔的临床应用前景,但为了识别氢作用的确切机制及验证氢气在临床上的治疗潜力还有很多工作要做。

Abstract:

【Abstract】 Background Reactive oxygen species(ROS) play an important role in ischemia-reperfusion(I/R) injury. Accumulating evidence suggests that hydrogen can protect various cells, tissues and organs against oxidative injury by selectively scavenging ROS. Objective To analyse and review the effect and mechanism of hydrogen in treatment of I/R injury, and to get more knowledge about hydrogen and make better clinical applications of hydrogen. Content The mechanism of hydrogen in treating I/R injury was not clear. This paper describes effect and mechanism of hydrogen in treatment of I/R injury and make prospect for research into hydrogen as a therapeutic gas in clinical application. Trend Hydrogen has a wide prospect of clinical application. However, more work is needed to identify the precise mechanism underlying the actions of hydrogen and to validate its therapeutic potential in the clinical setting.
