Abstract: Patients with acute myocardial infarction have a high risk of perioperative cardiac complications, simultaneously implantation of coated stent-graft in abdominal aorta aneurysm also increases the risk of adverse cardiac event. In this report, a patient with acute myocardial infarction for 8 days was scheduled for coated stent-graft implantation in abdominal aorta aneurysm . Based on fully understanding about surgical characteristics, the ideal anesthesia program was developed by the following factors: titration of anesthetic drugs according to surgical requirements, stable hemodynamics, the balance of myocardial oxygen supply and demand, appropriate analgesia/sedation . Finally, the patient pulled through perioperative period stablely without serious complications.
