腰-硬联合麻醉相关严重神经系统并发症较为罕见，但一旦出现，往往引起患者部分神经功能丧失，故应给予足够重视。报道1例60岁女性患者，在腰-硬联合麻醉下行腰椎减压术后出现左下肢瘫痪的病因分析、处理及转归。
A rare but feared complication after the combination of spinal-epidural anesthesia (CSEA) is persistent neurologic injury, which may cause obvious neurologic dysfunction. One 60 years female experienced a left low limb paralysis after spinal-decompression under CSEA was reported focused on the diagnosis, treatment, analysis and the outcome.
