脓毒症肺损伤肺组织细胞线粒体损伤的研究进展

摘要:

背景 脓毒症(sepsis)常并发急性肺损伤(acute lung injury,ALI),甚至导致急性呼吸窘迫综合征(acute respiratory distress syndrome,ARDS)。脓毒症相关肺损伤的机制被认为主要与线粒体氧化损伤及功能失调有关。目的 探讨脓毒症肺组织线粒体损伤的相关研究进展。内容 阐述脓毒症肺组织线粒体损伤的相关因子和可能机制,有关检测指标及治疗的研究现状。趋向 线粒体靶向性抗氧化治疗成为治疗线粒体氧化损伤的热点,其在脓毒症中的治疗具有十分广阔的前景。

Abstract:

Background Sepsis is usually complicated by acute lung injury and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome further. It is suggested that the mechanism of septic lung injury is associated with mitochondrial oxidative stress and dysfunction. Objective This review will focus on recent advances in understanding mitochondrial dysfunction of septic lung injury. Content To expound the correlators and the mechanism of mitochondrial impairment, some indicators and the treatment of septic lung injury update. Trend Targeting antioxidants to mitochondria has been the hot spot in focus, which will be prospective in the treatment of sepsis and the protection of lung.
