摘要:

摘要 18 kD转位蛋白(translocator protein, TSPO)参与胆固醇转运、脂质代谢、线粒体氧化、调控细胞凋亡等多种生理过程,近年来在神经损伤和中枢炎性反应中的作用引起了关注。 目的 综述目前TSPO的生理作用和神经保护作用进展,为该蛋白的临床和基础研究提供理论依据。 内容 从生理功能、在中枢炎性反应和周围神经损伤中的修复作用3个方面综述TSPO的作用和可能的机制。 趋向 TSPO有望成为一种治疗神经系统疾病潜在的药物靶点和生物标记物。

Abstract:

Abstract The 18 kD translocator protein(TSPO) is considered to be involved in a variety of biological processes such as cholesterol transport, lipid metabolism, mitochondrial oxidation and apoptosis regulation. In recent years,the protective effects of TSPO in neural injury and inflammation have gained many attentions. Objective To provide theory support for further clinical and basic research by reviewing the progress of study on the physiological functions and neuroprotective effects of TSPO. Content This paper reviews the mechanism of neuroprotective effects of TSPO from three aspects such as physiological functions,neuroinflammtion reactions and peripheral nerve lesions. Trend TSPO is being expected to be a potential drug target and biomaker for the treatment and diagnosis of nervous system diseases.
