【摘要】 背景 七氟醚作为一种近乎理想的吸入麻醉药,被广泛应用于临床,大量实验表明七氟醚对肺缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用。 目的 通过近年的研究进展来总结七氟醚对肺缺血再灌注损伤的保护机制。内容 七氟醚通过减轻肺通透性、抑制炎症反应、减轻脂质过氧化反应、抑制细胞凋亡、减轻细胞内钙离子超载等来发挥肺缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。趋势 未来的研究应进一步探讨七氟醚对肺的保护作用,加强对七氟醚的临床应用研究,为实际临床工作提供可靠的依据.

Abstract:

Background Sevoflurane, an almost ideal volatile anesthetic,is most commonly used to clinical anesthesia. Many studies have showed that sevoflurane can protect the pulmonary fuction from ischemia-reperfusion injury. Objective In this review, we will introduce the protective mechanism of sevoflurane against ischemia-reperfusion injury by summarizing studies and researches in recent years. Content The sevoflurane can protect the pulmonary function from ischemia-reperfusion injury by decreasing pulmonary tissue permeability, inhibiting the inflammatory reaction, decreasing lipid peroxidation reaction, inhibiting the cell apoptosis, decreasing intracellular calcium overload, etc. Trend Studies should be used to further research of the mechanism of sevoflurane against lung ischemia-reperfusion injury. And strengthening theoretical study combines with clinical application of sevoflurane will provide a reliable basis for the practive work.
