【Ａｂｓｔｒａｃｔ】　Ｏｂｊｅｃｔｉｖｅ　Depending on Docare anesthetic information system， to show the working system， procedures and implementation experience in anesthesia clinic of our hospital.　Methods　Pre-anesthesia evaluation and signing of informed consent， as well as post-anesthesia follow up to evaluate the anesthesia effect and identify the occurrence of anesthesia-related complications， all are conducted at anesthesia clinic.　Results　In comparison with 2002-2006 period， following the establishment of anesthesia clinic，the incidence of anesthesia-related complications reduced by 0.13%（P<0.05）， the complaint rate reduced by 1.56/ten thousand （P<0.05）， and the average working hours of anesthetists decreased 4.96 h/week（P<0.05） during the period 2008-2012.　Conclusions　Focusing Docare information system based-preoperative and postoperative interview on anesthesia clinic could reduce medical complaints and medical disputes， and be conducive to economizing human resources， providing a certain foundation for the further development of evidence-based medicine.
