摘要:

背景 半个多世纪来的研究证实丙酮酸盐具有多细胞/组织的保护功能。 目的 阐述丙酮酸盐对组织细胞的保护作用和可能的机制, 提供深入研究的基础。 内容 丙酮酸是糖酵解的中间产物,是三大营养物质的代谢枢纽。外源性丙酮酸盐可在无氧和严重缺氧下保护多组织和器官功能, 尤其是心肌、内皮和血细胞以及神经/视网膜和肠组织等; 这可能和改善糖代谢紊乱, 促进细胞能量代谢, 抗氧化和硝基化,纠正细胞内酸中毒,抑制炎症反应等多途径修复细胞损伤有关。 趋向 丙酮酸可能在保护缺血/缺氧以及创伤和感染等所致组织细胞损伤和重症病例的治疗方面具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:

Background Pyruvate has been demonstrated since over half a century ago that it has multi-histocyte protection function. Objective The present review illustrated the pyruvate’s protection of multi-histocyte and its potential mechanisms for further studies. Context Pyruvate is metabolite of glycolysis, a center of three major nutrition’s metabolisms in human beings. Exogenous pyruvate can preserve protection function on multiple tissue/organ under hypoxic, even anoxic conditions, especially cardiomyocytes, endothelial cells, blood cells, neurons and retina. The pyruvate protection may be closely associated with its correction of glucose metabolic disorders, enhancement of energy, anti-oxidative and-nitrosative stress, correction of intracellular acidosis, inhibition of inflammation, as well as anti-apoptosis. Trend Pyruvate may have great prospect in treating tissue damage and severe cases caused by ischemia, hypoxia, trauma and infection.
