【摘要】 背景 研究发现单磷酸腺苷激活的蛋白激酶(AMP-activated protein kinase, AMPK)和电针预处理可通过多种机制对脑缺血/再灌注损伤(ischemia/reperfusion injury, I/RI)发挥保护作用。 目的 从AMPK信号通路探索针刺预处理抗脑I/RI的作用,为脑保护的研究提供新思路。 内容 介绍AMPK在脑保护中的作用,阐述电针预处理的脑保护机制以及电针预处理与AMPK的关系。 趋势 电针预处理具有广阔的应用前景,其通过AMPK信号通路介导的脑保护作用将会是研究的热点。

Abstract:

【Abstract】 Background AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) and electroacupuncture pretreatment can protect the brain against cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury(I/RI) through a variety of mechanisms. Objective To explore the role of electroacupuncture pretreatment on brain I/RI through studying the AMPK signaling pathways , and to provide new ideas for the study of brain protection. Content This article reviews the role of AMPK signaling pathways in the brain protection, the mechanisms of electroacupuncture pretreatment for brain protection, and the relationship between electroacupuncture pretreatment and AMPK expression in brain. Trend The electroacupuncture preconditioning will be very promising for brain protection, and the AMPK signaling pathways in the electroacupuncture pretreatment-induced cerebral protection will become the hotspot of research.
