摘要:

背景 大量研究表明各种疼痛模型和疼痛患者的神经元会产生自发性放电,并且近年来对这种自发性放电在疼痛过程中所发挥的重要作用有了较多的研究。 目的 总结分析神经元自发性放电在疼痛中的作用,为疼痛进一步研究提供新的思路。 内容 文章主要从神经元自发性放电、神经元自发性放电与疼痛的关系、神经元自发性放电与疼痛治疗三方面就与此有关的研究进展作一系统的综述。 趋向 疼痛中神经元的自发性放电将继续引起疼痛研究者的关注,因为它可能为疼痛的诊断、监测、管理提供新的方法。

Abstract:

Background Considerable studies have demonstrated that spontaneous discharge of neuron is a common phenomenon in various pain models and painful patients, which plays an important role in the process of pain. Objective This paper summarized the role of spontaneous discharge of neuron in pain and provided new ideas for advanced pain research. Content This paper reviewed related research on spontaneous discharge of neuron from three aspects, including spontaneous discharge of neuron, the correlation between spontaneous discharge of neuron and pain, spontaneous spiking of neuron and pain therapy. Trend Spontaneous discharge of neuron deserves further attractions as it may offer novel approaches for the diagnosis, monitoring and management of pain.
