摘要:

背景 Occludin蛋白是一种跨膜连接蛋白,广泛地存在于脑、肝、肺、肾等重要器官的上皮细胞和内皮细胞中,与胞浆中的ZO-1、ZO-2、ZO-3,Claudin等蛋白共同参与细胞间的紧密连接(tight junctions, TJs)。Occludin蛋白是组成TJs的最主要成分,其不同磷酸化状态直接影响TJs功能、结构及通透性。 目的 研究occludin蛋白不同磷酸化状态,提高对TJs的认识,深入了解通透性。 内容 介绍Occludin蛋白的生物学特性,Occludin蛋白不同磷酸化状态及Occludin蛋白磷酸化的临床意义。 趋向 对Occludin蛋白磷酸化状态及机制进行深入分析和研究,采取相应的防治措施,有助于减少脏器的损害,提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract:

Background Occludin, one of integral membrane proteins, extensively exists in epithelial cells and endothelial cells of brain, liver, lung, kidney and other important organs, constituting tight junctions(TJs) with Claudin, ZO-1, ZO-2 and ZO-3 together. Phosphorylation of Occludin plays an important role in the regulation of TJs function, structure and permeability. Objective This paper aims to introduce different kinds of phosphorylation as to promote our knowledge of TJs and its permeability. Content This paper introduced biological characteristics of occludin, different kinds of phosphorylation and clinical significance of phosphorylation. Trend Further investigation on phosphorylation of occluding and its mechanism should be done to come up with proper measurement to decrease the injury of organs and improve the quality of the patients.
