Abstract: 【Abstract】 Background Hypoxia/reoxygenation (H/R) injury of alveolar epithelial cells (AECs) or pulmonary microvascular endothelial cells (PMECs) is an in vitro simulated model for studying the mechanisms and protective strategies of lung ischemia/reperfusion injury (LI/RI). Objective To explore the methods of establishing in vitro lung ischemia/reperfusion injury models and related modeling issues, and to provide reference for effective modeling. Content Review of the research and application of lung ischemia/reperfusion injury models, including the general procedure of modeling, cell category and selection, methods of H/R, evaluation parameters of injury, etc. Trend There is no a uniform method to model pulmonary cell H/R injury so far, further research is needed.
