背景 非编码RNA(noncoding RNAs, ncRNAs)包括短链非编码RNA(microRNAs, miRNAs)和长链非编码RNA(long noncoding RNAs, lncRNAs),二者均参与基因表达的调控,从而影响脑功能。 目的 探讨ncRNAs对脑功能的影响。 内容 阐述ncRNAs对中枢神经系统发育及中枢神经系统疾病的影响。 趋向 随着新的ncRNAs被发现,其对脑功能影响的研究也将更加深入。

Abstract:

Background Noncoding RNAs(ncRNAs) includes short noncoding RNAs (miRNAs) and long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs). Both of them are involved in the regulation of gene expression and have an impact on brain function. Objective To explore the effects of ncRNAs on brain function. Content Summarize the influence of ncRNAs on the central nervous system development and diseases. Trend The effects of ncRNAs on brain function will be more deeply studied as new ncRNAs are increasingly found.
