【摘要】背景 电压依赖性阴离子通道(voltage-dependent anion channel,VDAC),形成了线粒体和胞浆的分界,在代谢中有重要作用。越来越多的人研究VDAC在细胞死亡中的作用,但结果仍有争议。目的 综述VDAC在在线粒体通透性调节和细胞死亡中的作用。 内容 讨论支持和反对VDAC参与线粒体通透性转换的证据,将VDAC参与线粒体外膜(outer mitochorial membrane,OMM)并释放细胞色素C(cytochrome c, cyto c)的解释可分成三种模型。 趋向 促进对VDAC在细胞死亡中作用的了解,对其通透性的调节有新的认识。

Abstract:

【Abstract】 Backgroud As the voltage-dependent anion channel (VDAC) forms the interface between mitochondria and the cytosol, playing an important role in metabolism. Research on VDAC's role in cell death is a rapidly growing field, unfortunately with much contradictory results. Objective To review the role of VDAC in regulation of mitochondrial permeability and cell death. Content To begin, we will discuss the evidence for and against VDAC's involvement in mitochondrial permeability transition (MPT),and then existing evidence of how VDAC is involved in outer membrane permeability and release of cytochrome c can be grouped into roughly three models. Trend In addition to understand the role of VDAC in cell death and gain new knowledge about regulators of VDAC permeability.
