Thyroid crisis is a severe symptoms of the exacerbation of hyperthyroidism .Thyroid crisis can come from infection, the change of internal environment and surgery. Once happened it can be life threaten, positive treatment is necessary. We report a case of thyroid crisis after esophagectomy, and the analysis, treatment and outcome.
