【Abstract】Background Chronic pain patients tend to adopt a series of measures to control their pain. In some cases, these patients have to undergo surgery. Objective Understand the patients' perioperative pain management under different treatment of chronic pain. Content Perioperative pain management of chronic pain patients under the treatments of oral opioids, antidepressants, anticonvulsants, spinal cord stimulators and intrathecal drug delivery systems. Trend The study about perioperative management of patients taking long-term treatment for chronic pain will improve the patients perioperative comfort and safety, and to promote a good prognosis.
