Relationship between endoplasmic reticulum stress and cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury

摘要:

背景 近几年脑缺血再灌注损伤造成的神经元凋亡的机制被广泛的研究。在钙离子平衡发生紊乱、活性氧生成增多等因素的作用下,都可能造成内质网内大量的未折叠或错误折叠蛋白质的堆积,导致内质网应激(endoplasmic reticulum stress,ERS)的发生。许多研究表明脑缺血再灌注损伤可以诱发ERS,进而导致神经元的凋亡。目的 本文对近年来ERS与脑缺血再灌注损伤之间的联系进行综述,希望为临床治疗提供一些新的方案,也为新药的开发提供新的思路。内容 综述ERS诱导细胞凋亡的不同途径之间的关联及其与脑缺血再灌注损伤的内在联系。趋势 仍需对脑缺血再灌注损伤和ERS之间的联系做进一步探究,以希望通过减弱ERS来改善患者的预后。

Abstract:

Background In recent years the mechanism of neuronal apoptosis caused by cerebral ischemia reperfusion has been widely studied. There are many factors that result in the accumulation of misfolded or unfolded proteins in the endoplasmic reticulum. Such as loss of Ca2+ homeostasis, increased production of reactive oxygen species and so on. And finally endoplasmic reticulum stress(ERS)occurs. Many studies have suggested that ERS induced neuronal apoptosis was involved in the injury of cerebral ischemia reperfusion. Objective This paper is to made an overall statement on the relationship between endoplasmic reticulum stress and cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury. Hope to provide some new ideas for clinical treatment and the development of new drugs. Content This paper reviews the correlation between different pathways induced by ERS and cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury. Trend The relationship between endoplasmic reticulum stress and cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury still need to be in-depth study and the following research should find some methods to attenuate ERS to improve the prognosis of patients.
