背景 右美托咪定(dexmedetomidine, Dex)是一种高选择性α2肾上腺素能受体激动剂,具有镇静、镇痛及抗交感兴奋作用,广泛用于术中和重症监护室(intensive care unit, ICU)。许多研究发现,Dex对心、肾和脑等器官具有保护作用。 目的 归纳Dex对各器官保护作用的机制。 内容 Dex可通过抗缺血/再灌注损伤、抗炎、减少刺激对机体产生的应激来保护受累器官。 趋向 关于Dex器官保护的明确机制仍需要更加深入的研究和探索。

Abstract:

Background Dexmedetomidine(Dex) is a highly selective α2 adrenoceptor agonist, with the property of sedation, analgesia, inhibition of central sympathetic outflow, and widely used during the operation and in the intensive care unit(ICU). It has been demonstrated that Dex has protective effect on the heart, kidney brain and so on. Objective Inducive Dex for protection mechanism of each organ. Content Dex can protect affected organs against ischemia/reperfusion injury, at the same time, it can also induce protection through the anti-inflammatory, reduce stress produced by the stimulation to the body. Trend The clear mechanism regarding organ protection by Dex still needs further research and exploration.
