摘要：

在丹曲洛林缺乏的条件下，早期诊断与积极的抢救措施可提高恶性高热（malignant hyperthermia， MH）的救治成功率。为探讨MH的临床特点，总结早期诊断方法及治疗措施，报道我院1例先天性脊柱侧弯矫形患儿术中发生MH的诊治过程，并进行分析、讨论。

Abstract:

When lack of dantrolene, early diagnosis and actively treatment can improve rescue rate of patients with hyperthermia(MH). In this article, we reported the diagnosis and treatment of MH in a child in our hospital. The main purpose is to investigate the clinical characteristics of MH, the early diagnosis methods and treatment measures.
