背景 非眼科手术后视力丧失常常导致灾难性后果，因此制定预防或减少围手术期视力丧失（POVL）的策略具有重要意义。目的 综述POVL的发生原因及防治进展，为临床医学提供参考。内容 综述分析POVL的发生率、主要病因及相关防治策略。趋势 进一步明确POVL的病因、寻找切实有效的防治策略对围手术期医学有重要意义。
Background The visual loss after nonocular surgery often results in devastating consequences. Thus, establishment of strategies to prevent or decrease the perioperative visual loss (POVL) has important significance. Objective We review etiology of POVL and advances on its preventive and therapeutic strategies in order to provide the references for clinical medicine. Contents: The incidence, main etiologic events and preventive and therapeutic strategies of POVL are described and analyzed. Trends The continues to clarify etiology of POVL and search feasible and effective preventive and therapeutic strategies has important significance for perioperative medicine.
