[摘要] 背景 缺血性脑损伤的机制与防治一直为人们所关注,但迄今仍无突破性进展。 目的 选取EAAT2为切入点,以期为缺血性脑损伤的研究提供一新思路。 内容 EAAT2转运谷氨酸的机制、EAAT2在缺血性脑损伤形成中的地位以及EAAT2调节剂减轻缺血性脑损伤的实验研究进展。 趋向 谷氨酸转运体EAAT2有望成为治疗缺血性脑损伤的新靶点之一。

Abstract:

Objective To provide the new idea for the research of ischemic brain damages, we select glutamate transporter EAAT2 as the point of entry. Content This article reviewed the mechanism of glutamate transport through EAAT2, the role of EAAT2 in the development of ischemic brain injury and the research progress of EAAT2 modulators in attenuating ischemic brain injury. Trend Glutamate transporter EAAT2 may be a promising target for the therapy of ischemic brain injury.
