背景 髓系细胞触发受体(triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells, TREM)-1主要在中性粒细胞和单核巨噬细胞中表达,能诱导中性粒细胞和单核细胞分泌TNF-α、IL-1β 等促炎因子,在炎症的级联放大反应中发挥重要作用。 目的 了解TREM在新生儿肺损伤中作用机制的研究进展。 内容 综述TREM来源及在炎症反应中的作用、TREM-1的功能、可溶性TREM-1在新生儿疾病(如早产儿感染性疾病、呼吸机相关性肺炎、新生儿感染性肺损伤等)中作用的研究进展。 趋向 TREM-1在新生儿肺损伤中起到关键作用,为临床研究提供理论依据。。

Abstract:

Background Triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells (TREM)-1 is mainly expressed on neutrophils and monocytes /macrophages. It induces neutrophils and monocytes to increase the release of proinflammatory factors such as TNF-α, IL-1β, which plays an important role in the ampli -fication of inflammation. Objective To explore the mechanism of TREM-1 in neonatal lung injury. Content The sources and functions of TREM, the role of TREM-1 in inflammatory responseand the role of soluble TREM-1 in neonatal diseases, such as premature diseases, ventilator-induced lung injury and neonatal infectious lung injury, were reviewed. Trend TREM-1 plays a key role in the neonatal lung injury. It provided a theoretical basis for clinic therapy.
