Background　Fluid management in the intraoperative period is the core of perioperative fluid therapy, and is also the basis of maintaining effective blood volume in patients.　Objective　The purpose of this paper is to elaborate on different fluid infusion therapies, hoping it can provide guidance for intraoperative fluid therapy and provide references for future clinical researches.　Content　This paper reviews the research progress of "liberal liquid therapy", "restrictive fluid therapy" and "goal-directed liquid treatment(GDT)" this three "styles".　Trend　Intraoperative fluid therapy has an important clinical significance, to seek the most optimum fluid infusion therapy is the direction of research and development for it.
