[摘要] 背景 残端神经瘤(terminal neuroma)模型是研究截肢后神经痛(post-amputation pain, PAP)机制及其防治策略的重要工具。目的 探讨残端神经瘤模型的构建方法和建模过程中的相关问题,为有效建立模型提供参考。内容 按照损伤神经的不同,对残端神经瘤的动物模型及评价方法的研究进展进行综述。 趋向 关于神经瘤模型的建立,目前尚无统一标准化方法,需进一步研究。

Abstract:

[Abstract] Background Terminal neuroma model is an important tool to investigate the mechanism and prevention strategies of post-amputation pain. Objective Providing references for effective modeling through exploring the methods of establishing terminal neuroma models and related modeling issues. Content This review is to give a brief summary about the animal models of terminal neuroma and their evaluation methods according to the difference of nerve transected. Trend There is no a uniform and standard method to build a terminal neuroma model so far. Therefore, further research is needed.
