背景 近年来,呼出气一氧化氮(fractional exhaled nitric oxide, FENO)检测技术因快速、无创等优势逐渐被重视。 目的 探讨FENO的新应用,为临床提供理论及技术支持。 内容 总结近年来的研究进展,就FENO的来源、检测方法及临床意义等进行综述。 趋向 FENO更方便地应用于临床多科室。

Abstract:

Background Recently more attentions have been paid to fractional exhaled nitric oxide (FENO) testing technology because of its rapid, noninvasive and other advantages. Objective Investigate the new application of FENO to provide the theoretical and technical support. Content Review the recent progress in the research on the sources, methods and clinical significance of FENO. Trend FENO can be more easily applied to multiple clinical departments.
