Abstract: Background With the rapid progress in anesthesiology, the update of guidelines in anesthesia is of great help to promote the quality of clinical anesthesia. Objective To review the guidelines and consensus published in 2015. Content Guidelines and consensus covering cardiopulmonary resuscitation, difficuld airway in adult and obstetrics, perioperative blood management, perioperative management of surgical patients with obesity or diabetes, perioperative fluid therapy, and monitoring during anaesthesia and recovery will be overviewed and main points will be highlighted. Trend Anesthesiologists should track and be familiar with the latest guidelines in the area. These guidelines will update our practice pattern of clinical anesthesia, which will further ensure patient safety.
