摘要:

背景  建立稳定、可靠、可重复性高的全脑缺血/再灌注(ischemia/reperfusion, I/R)模型是研究心搏骤停后脑损伤的病理生理机制和治疗策略的重要基本条件。 目的 对鼠类全脑I/R模型的研究和应用现状进行综述。 内容 介绍鼠类全脑I/R模型的制备方法、影响因素和评价方法。 趋向 随着实验技术的不断完善,更接近临床实际的模型应用逐渐增多,为心搏骤停后脑复苏的实验室研究提供更多方法学选择。

Abstract:

Background The use of physiologically regulated, reproducible animal models is crucial to the study of global cerebral ischemia/reperfusion(I/R) injury--both the mechanisms governing its occurrence and potential therapeutic strategies. Objective To summarize the study and application status of rodent global cerebral I/R models. Content To discuss the build, influence factor, and evaluation method of rodent global cerebral I/R models. Trend With increased application of those models who were closer to clinical by the improvement of experiment technology, there must be more choice for laboratory investigation of cerebral resuscitaton.
