七氟烷后处理对脑缺血再灌注损伤保护机制的研究进展

摘要:

【背景】临床上蛛网膜下腔出血、重度脑损伤、脑梗死、失血性休克等患者救治过程中均可发生脑缺血再灌注损伤。七氟烷后处理作为一种在时序上与这种病理生理过程一致、具有潜在脑保护临床价值的新方法,近年来受到广泛地关注。【目的】现对七氟烷后处理改善脑缺血再灌注损伤的机制作一综述。【内容】七氟烷后处理减轻脑缺血再灌注损伤涉及磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶/蛋白激酶B、氧化应激、线粒体ATP敏感钾通道、线粒体膜通透性转运孔、细胞外信号调节激酶1/2等途径。【趋向】通过了解七氟烷后处理减轻脑缺血再灌注损伤的机制,为更好地治疗脑缺血再灌注损伤提供理论依据。

Abstract:

[Background]Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury may be occur in the patients during subarachnoid hemorrhage, severe brain injury, cerebral infarction and hemorrhagic shock.sevoflurane postconditioning which is in accordance with the pathophysiologic process in timing sequence and as a novel method of potential value for cerebral protection,haveattracted extensive attention in recent years.[Objective]This paper reviewed the mechanisms of sevoflurane postconditioning against cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.[Content]Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase,protein kinase B,oxidativestress, mitochondrial ATP-sensitive potassium channel,mitochondrial permeability transition pore, extracellular signaling-regulated kinase are involved in neurprotection by sevoflurane postconditioning under the setting of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.[Trend]To understand the mechanisms of sevoflurane postconditioning against cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury,and provide a theoretical basis for better treatment of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
