Background　With the increase of the patients who received lower intestinal neoplasms resection year by year, enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS) minimizes various physical and mental stress reaction. There have been many clinical and basic study on it.　Objective　Analyse and summarize the perioperative anesthetic treatments on the lower intestinal neoplasms patients, to enhance recovery after surgery.　Content　A brief introduction on ERAS and to review a series of measures which are used in the process of enhanced recovery after surgery in the lower intestinal neoplasms patients.　Trend　ERAS is in the ascendant, the development of multidisciplinary training and education program promote the application of ERAS concept, we should supply high-quality research evidence in future to apply the concept beyond the configuration domain.
